Wake County Animal Care Control and Adoption will be hosting rabies and microchip clinics throughout Wake County.  

Dogs and cats are required by law to have rabies vaccine at four months of age.

A $5.00 fee is charged for each cat, dog or ferret vaccinated at the clinics.

The first vaccination is good for one year, boosters thereafter are good for 3 years.

Written proof of prior vaccination is required for a 3-year vaccination.

Licensed veterinarians and certified rabies vaccinators will administer the vaccine.

Your pet must be under restraint (leash, carrier, etc.).

The microchip fee is $10.00
